The Phoenix Wiki was created in February of 2007 with the hopes of helping fellow building code administrators. The Phoenix Wiki is provided by Ralph Garcia (a.k.a. "Codeho" and administrator). Ralph is the owner of GarciaComputers.com. Phoenix Wiki exists for the express purpose of sharing ideas with a specific group of users. The Phoenix Wiki will at times be accessible by anonymous users for viewing only. The Phoenix Wiki will not be accessible to anonymous users for editing. Also, at times, the Phoenix Wiki will only be accessible for viewing and editing by users with valid accounts. Currently, new users can only be added by the administrator. Thanks to all users who share their ideas and expertise here on the Wiki.
